Well, errors can crop up for different reasons. If you spent a lot of time inactive in Mr Site, say, over 30 minutes, you may get automatically logged out, creating an error like this. If you disconnect from the internet and reconnect whilst using Mr Site, this too can cause problems. Sometimes it may just be a small bug that our team need to look into.
