CCE

www.cce.co.uk

CCE was established in 1978 as a management consultancy supporting its own desktop systems running under the CPM operating system.

In 1980, with the birth of IBM PC the decision was taken to extend the high level of support already provided to all makes of Server, PC and Peripherals. We are proud of our history as the longest established independent computer support company in the UK.

As the original employees wrote application software and supported hardware, CCE’s technicians were true systems engineers who knew PCs, operating systems and application software to a high level of competency.

This strong engineering culture and IT expertise ensured CCE became known for providing a comprehensive IT support service to its clients, far beyond just maintaining the hardware. This approach was further supported in the mid 1980s, when CCE was approached by Novell who were developing their now world-renowned Netware network products, to use and evaluate versions of its products.

Using a collaborative culture established CCE as a strong partner with a long term approach and committed to delivering a quality service to its ‘customers customer’. CCE have a long experience in working with partners to develop the services they require, in support of their own in-house capabilities. Though duplication can arise with our partners, CCE’s role is to ‘fill in the gap’.

Working as a partner to other managed service providers or resellers has enabled CCE to develop as a leading total IT managed service provider, with a comprehensive range of services that partners can draw on to augment their own skills and capabilities to deliver the best IT Service to their customer.
