ABOUT THE COMBI KIT 2
You get all of the goodies of Combi kit 1 plus the charcoal chimney starter. The charcoal chimney starter is probably the most essential piece of kit to have for your smoker. It is highly efficient at lighting the charcoal evenly and with minimal fuss. Simply fill up the chimney starter with charcoal and place 1 or 2 pieces of fire lighter on the floor (be careful, may mark) or well scrunched up paper and light. Place the chimney starter on top of the light fire starters or paper and leave for about 20-30 mins. When you see flames leaping from the top and the charcoal has an even dusting of ash, your ready. The beauty of this method is that if you are smoking for longer than 8 hours (very, very few recipes call for that), the temperature of the smoker may drop off a little. You can simply start half a chimney starter full of charcoal again, then open the handy frontier door and tip it into the charcoal bowl. This will maintain the heat and keep you smoking your food for longer. We can promise, you will wonder how you did without this in the first place! Chimney starter also available sepretely for £14.50. Click here for Game Recipes for smokers. Please read How to use Pro Q smokers by clicking here.

Overview
This is an extremely versatile food smoker. There are three different cooking techniques to choose from when cooking on this high quality smoker. Use as a smoker for the likes of ham joints, beef , pork, whole chickens (4 to be exact), ribs, whole fish, fillets of fish (salmon and trout are exceptional!) and even the Christmas turkey. Make Jerky with this smoker as well. This smoker is designed and intended to be used all year round, unlike the traditional BBQ. Use as a roaster by filling the water pan, turning out the most succulent of meats. Instead of water try wine, beer, green tea, cider, meat marinades, sauces, herbs and spices. They will give many different and exciting new flavours to your food. Throw onto the hot coals some of our Gourmet Whiskey Barrel Chunks or oak chunks and allow the smoke to work its way into your food. As you can control the temperature, you can cook meats ‘low and slow’, therefore allowing the smoke time to penetrate your food and giving the most tender of meats. One charcoal load is enough to cook for eight hours, only a few recipes call for long cooking/smoking times like these. Think of a slow cooked smoked brisket, pulled into shreds and served on warmed Kaiser rolls with a sweet BBQ sauce, Mmmm! There is a hatch to place extra coal and chunks of woods to keep that smoke weaving its magic. Although simple to use, there are many different variables to using this smoker, keeping the most demanding and inventive chefs happy for many years to follow. Just when you thought that was it, it can also be very easily transformed into a kettle style BBQ (similar to the Weber) by removing the middle section also known as the ‘Stacker’ then locking the upper lid to the lower base. This can then be transported around simply by holding the handle on the top of the smoker for those sunny days, where the whole nation heads all at once for the beach, park or river bank to have a wonderful impromptu family BBQ. Also great for camping and fishing trips.
There are several handy accessories for this smoker to add to the whole new experience of smoking, however everything you need is right here in the box delivered free of charge to your home. The extra height of this smoker, means that it is possible to hang meat and fish from the hangers inside of the smoker. A hanger is included with this model. We will include 1 free bag of whiskey barrel chunks to get you started.
A serious piece of kit for the home smoking enthusiast. A very well built smoker that easily stands up to and above the likes of the legendary ‘Weber Bullet’ smoker. And if you ever want to increase the cooking capacity, simply purchase a Pro Stacker and add it to your Frontier to give you a total cooking weight of 75lbs! Just one word of caution though, once your family and friends taste the food cooked on this smoker, you may have a lot more mouths to feed at your next BBQ!
