PAYMENT
We can process all the usual credit/debit cards. Your details are taken by our secure server hosted by Paypal. It uses the latest technology to ensure your details are secure. The other method is to pay directly through your Paypal account if you have one.
DELIVERY OF FOOD (WE ONLY DELIVER WITHIN THE U.K) COMING SOON!
If you have placed an order with us before 10.00 a.m. and on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order should arrive the following day. Orders placed after 10.00 am will arrive the day after the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will arrive to you on Tuesday. The food will be very well insulated and packed with ice packs to keep cold. This will stop any deterioration of the food. Frozen and fresh food will be packed in separate parcels, at all the same cost to you. Once the parcel has been delivered, we are not responsible for any deterioration of the food from then on (i.e if it is left in a hot room and is not placed into a freezer or fridge upon its delivery). Deliveries can be at anytime during the day, so please arrange for somebody to receive the delivery. You can have the parcel delivered to your office or place of work if that is convenient. You can arrange for a neighbour or friend to receive the parcel if you like, please tell us of this and we can arrange it. We deliver everywhere within mainland U.K. Please make sure you enter the address where it is going to be delivered. ALL SMOKING PLANKS GET FREE POSTAGE, REGARDLESS OF QUANTITY
Most smoking planks will be posted via 1st class the same day if ordered before 10.00 a.m., or the following day if ordered after 10.00 a.m. We may send larger orders of smoking planks by next day courier service or standard parcel service. If a smoking plank is ordered with any food, then it will be sent along with the food by the courier.

The smokers will be posted the same day or next working day once the order and payment has been taken and usually take one working day to arrive.
OTHER ITEMS
Some other items are posted free of any delivery charge. It states when ordering when delivery charge is free. Some items have a delivery charge and this is stated when ordering.
If ordering food above the value of £155, then you will qualify for a free delivery service for food only. If your food order is above £155 and you have ordered various other items, such as cooking accessories, then, where applicable, there will be additional postage charges for the postage for these various other items. When this happens, it is stated whilst you order and your food is still free of any postage charges. There are no hidden charges, everthing is stated in the shopping cart.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Please telephone us if you have any queries regarding an order.
2. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied when the goods arrive, please contact us within 24 hours to resolve the problem. Will will offer a full refund where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. We can process all the usual credit/debit cards and can also accept payment through Paypal.
4. We reserve the right to change prices and products on our website.
5. We reserve the right to cancel and decline orders.
6. If a product is not available for any reason, we will contact you and offer an alternative product or to adjust/cancel your order.
7. We keep all of your details private and the information you give us will never be passed on to a third party, unless required by the law.
8. Should your food order not arrive by 17.00 on the delivery date, please contact us then, so we can trace the delivery.
9. If a product reaches you broken or fails during regular use, then we can offer a replacement part and in some cases a full refund.
Our smokers have a 1 year guarantee.
10. If a you decide you do not want a product after it has been dispatched (exculding food), then we regret that there is a 10% fee (calculated from the sale cost of the product) that will not be refunded. The customer will also have to pay any postage charges when returning the item.
11. No quibble money back guarantee on Knox's Dry Rubs. A full refund will be offered if you do not like this product. We regret that we cannot refund any postage costs. The offer is only 1 refund per household and will never be repeated at the same address again. The box must contain at least 56 gramms of the dry rub within it and it should be posted back to us. We regret that we can not reimburse any postage costs that are incurred when posting the remainder of the dry rub back to us.
