It is 100% nylon tricot and was made by Florelee. It is marked a size M. Printed cloth label. The waist band is 24 ¼ inches (62 cm) unstretched and stretches to 36 ¾ inches (94 cm), which is also the maximum hip. The side seam measures 27 ½ inches (70 cm). This gorgeous garment features a plain nylon underskirt and a nylon chiffon overskirt. The overskirt has a deep ruffle at the hem (6 ½ inches or 17 cm) which is trimmed top and bottom with fine lace. There is a floral lace applique in shades of white , green and pink, at the top of the ruffle at the left front. There are a couple of minor faults to point out. The elastic waistband is a little overstretched but still has a lot of life left in it. There are some minor scattered picks in the chiffon overskirt.
