Believed to bring good fortune,these money pots have been traditionally used in Italy for over 2000 years and their hand thrown design has remained unchanged.
Once the first coin is dropped (along with your wish tag),the pot must be fed until full,and then smashed.It is customary to replace the pot and spend the money on 'good things'.

Once smashed,the pot can be used to house candles or plants.

Terramundi money pots stand at between 16cms and 19cms,due to their handmade nature,each one will differ slightly and may not be exactly the same shape or height as that pictured.(The difference will not be immediately noticeable though,maybe a slightly fatter knob on top etc).Each pot now comes with a fortune coin inside,and a date and desire card to insert when you begin saving.
Full pots can hold up to £400 in £1/£2 coins,or £200 in mixed silver.
