I was having the same problem getting a pouch for my MiniMed Paradigm which I wanted to have horizontally on my belt.
I managed to bring some good pouches back from Thailand and my friend there would still post me some over if I needed more.
They are a leather pouch with a horizontal belt loop. Black, magnetic catch and the Paradigm fits almost exactly.
Last time, with postage they worked out around £10. I am sure I can still get them.

Type 1 or 1.5 or 2 depending on which consultant you ask, appx 15 years, insulin resistant. 220 units/24 hours and would like someone to come up with a pump I don't need to refill every day! :-)
