Discover Leisure plc (In Administration)

Paul Flint and Mark Firmin, both of KPMG LLP,
were appointed as joint Administrators of Discover Leisure plc and
Signlease Limited ("the Companies") on 14th October 2011

The Companies are now in Administration and have ceased trading while the Administrators assess the situation.

Any dispute with workmanship from Discover Leisure or any cases where the product is not fit for purpose cannot be handled by anyone else, as the sales contract is with Discover Leisure.

This is also the case with extended warranties or warranties sold with second hand vehicles as these warranties are usually supplied by a third party warranty company such as MB & G.

What you may find, particularly in Scotland, is that local Dealers will not entertain carrying out warranty repairs where the vehicle has not been sold by them. They can do this; as supplying Dealerships are independant suppliers and not franchised to manufacturers in the same way as the car industry.
