 Discover Leisure has now gone into administration!








Many customers believe that they have now lost their warranties for any items or vehicles purchased from Discover Leisure.

Let me reassure everyone that this is not the case...........................................

Any dispute with workmanship from Discover Leisure or any cases where the product is not fit for purpose cannot be handled by anyone else, as the sales contract is with Discover Leisure.

However, All Servicing and Warranty work for all makes and models sold by Discover Leisure can be carried out by other workshops as the warranty is with the manufacturer and not with Discover Leisure themselves.

This is also the case with extended warranties or warranties sold with second hand vehicles as these warranties are usually supplied by a third party warranty company such as MB & G.

What you may find, particularly in Scotland, is that local Dealers will not entertain carrying out warranty repairs where the vehicle has not been sold by them. They can do this; as supplying Dealerships are independant suppliers and not franchised to manufacturers in the same way as the car industry.

We as an Independent Workshop, are registered as official service and warrnty centre for most manufacturers and will guarantee that we will undertake any warranty issues for Discover Leisure customers provided it is of a brand for which we are approved and the customer signs a declaration that the next habitation or service will be carried out by The Motorhome & Caravan Workshop.
