This judgement 10.02.2009 was, inter alia,  an attempt to clarify S42, Legal Professional Privelege. I still remain confused and wondered it you would be providing , in due course, one of  your clear precised accounts based on this judgement.. It is of particular interest because. my authority has now decided to use this FOIA judgement to support an EIR exception with a case presently being considered y the ICO.
