Hi Ibrahim,

Under Business Rates, certain occupiers of commercial properties can claim a reduction in their Rates liability.  If they do not claim, they do not receive the relief.  If I request the address of each property within a Local Authority's area for which this relief has been claimed, is there any exemption that the LA can invoke to prevent them disclosing this information?
