Hi Seamus

Companies House will already give access to this information online so I don't see any problem in disclosing it or technically you could claim the exemption for information accessible by other means.

With regard to sole traders it's arguable it is personal data and so exempt under section 40.

I have recently received a FOI request to disclose a list of all our suppliers and their relevant turnover for a number of years.

Can I use any exemptions. Some of the information could be classed as Personal if it referred to a sole supplier (companies name is the owners name).

Can you advise please
