Common Services Agency v Scottish
Information Commissioner (House of Lords April 2008)

This is the case I had in mind unfotunately the lords did not consider Durant as they felt that the infromation was cleary identifiable.

In a recent article you mentioned that there are cases pending that may challenge the Durant definition of 'personal data', including one which is before the House of Lords. Please tell me the name of these cases. Have any been heard yet?

Thank you.
