I have not come across any specific articles on this subject.


However I do refer to this subject in most of my podcasts.


Please see the podcast scripts on the FOI Podcast page. The decisions
which come to mind involve East Riding of Yorkshire Council and an IT
decision concerning a MR Hossack v ICO and DWP (December 2007). Theer
are more.

Primarilly, I am looking for information regarding the definition of vextious requestors, and to what extent vexatious requestors (rather than requests) have been successfully declined.
