In October the Investigation of Protected Electronic Information Code of Practice was introduced.  Can you confirm that this covers Scotland and does the code of practice allow for Public Authorities listed listed in Scedule 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland ) Act 2000 to serve a notice requiring disclosure of protected electronic information in an intelligible form?
