What would be the implication under the DPA to compile a database, that is accessable to all staff, of those residents that may be violent when visisted. This is already done as warning markers for Social Services but is not open to every employee. Would we have to notify the resident that they are on the database? Could we share this information with other agencies? Could you place a note that a relative that lives with them maybe violent without informing the relative?
