The criteria for going to the First-Tier Tribunal is that you have to have a Decision Notice 50? . What can one do if the ICO has not issued a DN in your case?  Do you still submit your Notice of Appeal and are there circumstances that you can ask that they still review your Appeal.? thanks Kadijattu
