My LA obtained data using RIPA powers which implicate Refuse Collection contractor staff doing "foreigner" removals for cash payment.My LA does not intend to use the data for criminal investigation purposes but my contractor wishes to use it for internal disciplinary reasons that may result in dismissal.Can I give the RC contractor all of our data including photographs etc ?
