Do plans for local government to proactively release information on contracts and tenders apply retrospectively to old and existing contracts? How does this impact on schedules which may have been drawn up with existing contractors regarding ongoing contracts- for example where the contractors claim exemptions on parts of the contract/ tender under FOI re: commerical interest (S43) or confidentiality (S41). Could this information be redacted?
