Hi Donna
Unfortunately the Freedom of Information Act does not cover private companies.

I recently had issues with a company laying a drive for a neighbour.
The company laid wet concrete then throw by hand a topcoat over it.
Now this topcoat created untold dust and affected mine and my mums health.
Is it possible under the "Freedom of Info act" to get the information from the company on what the topcoat product was and what ingredients are in it ??
My medical team are very worried about the long-term effects inhaling this product will have on my already sick lungs.
Can I apply for this info and how do I do it ??
Thankyou xx
