I recently submitted a competitive tender to a public body for works worth over £200k per annum and was not successful - they said I was too expensive.
Is it possible to request information on the pricing of the firm that was awarded the contract under FOI Act? I suspect that the pricing my competior won the job under was misleading and inaccurate.
