If any issues of legal status are involved it occurs to me that you may be able to petition the courts for a decalaration as to status , and as part of the legal process sub-poena the owner of the data to give evidence and produce relevant documents

Hi Ibrahim

My mother was a member of a religious cult. She passed away in 2006 and there are a number of issues regarding paternity which are outstanding in my family and unanswered. I do believe that the answers will be found in the detailed records that are kept on each member associated with the cult. Is there any way, now she is deceased, I can get access to her personal records as an immediate member of her family?

Kind regards

Tania
