Hi guys,

I'm going to be moving upto the Fort in March and just came across the CF Ben Nevis page. I trained at CF Tyneside for about a year and a half but have been busy travelling lately - looking to start training again when I move. What's the deal with sessions? Is it a monthly flat rate or pay per session?
