Put your name in the 'Name' box

Fill in the Subject box with the following format so that main details of your event  can be read at a glance

Put date first, then a full title,  how many places available, if no limit put 'unlimitted',  where,  location e.g.  Roath or,  if not decided put TBC. , start Time      

 Eg .    Date..... 'Event Title'......No of places ....... Location......Time

Look at the kind of information provided in previous event details. No private addresses please. You can post further information at a later date.

If people stick to this format,  clicking on each months events listing should bring up a page showing at a glance what is on that month
