And how can you scientifically argue that the Old Testament is a reliable source and not a creation of crazy men on drugs? Have you been personally enlighted, contacted by God or the souls of the writers? Have you described, measured and presented your experience for the public scrutiny? Is it possible to repeat that experience under controlled conditions? If you cannot do it, please do not claim that you and your views have anything to do with science. You simply don't understand what science is. The basis of science are observation and experience. The speculation comes only afterwards and it is always based on observation and experience.
Re the appearance of something out of nothing, I would recommend updating your knowledge, at least with some basic scientific facts, preferably from the field of quantum mechanics. The spontaneous appearance of particles of matter out of nothing has indeed been observed, described and analysed.
