Lew - I think you will search in vain the records of Caleb's output to find anything that could be fairly described as 'bashing gay people'. We simply disagree with homosexual practice and oppose the current campaign of propaganda and intimidation that aims at coercing everyone into saying it's ok and training the next generation to say so too. The Bible, as you know, is against your misrepresentation of us and says, 'Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour" (Ex.20:16). But then, having rejected the authority of God as lawgiver, it is hardly surprising if, in the resulting moral vacuum, the terms 'right' and 'wrong' don't actually have any meaning in your scheme of thought.
Your tirade against Caleb suggests that the Secretary's original asessment of why you have come onto this forum might not be so wide of the mark. The spasmodic masque of reasonableness has now fully slipped. On the one hand you ask us to open up about our aims (which have never been hidden) but then you tell us what they are because you, with your skills of detection, have worked them out. No wonder, then, that you should claim to know so much about the history of the world before human records when you can, with equal confidence, declare the secret plans of a present-day organisation of which you are not a part. I fear the degree of accuracy is similar in both cases.
Your problem, Lew, is pride. "Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding..." (Job 38:4). You ask why I won't respond to various other matters you raise. The answer is that until you face up to your absurd assumptions about yourself and man in general, what progress can there be? As long as you harbour the irrational assumption that man can decide what man is - that man's neutrality and unbiased rationality is not to be questioned as the basic premise of your man-worshipping religion - can we make real headway? The pride that is at the root of your starting point is an expression of the sinfulness of your heart. "There is none righteous, no, not one" (Rom.3:10). That's why Christ said, "Ye must be born again" (John 3:7).
