Question on Statement of Faith

I read, with interest, your 'Statement of Fiath', particularly the first article:
"1) That the Bible is the inspired, infallible and inerrant word of God. It is final in its authority. None may add thereto or take away therefrom except at their own peril. "
I have a question, before I can sign up to it, which is simply WHICH Bible? There are so many different versions, varieties and editions about it is really hard to find 'THE' Bible ... one that has never been added to, amended, translated or anything else that would count as being 'add thereto or take away therefrom'.
Obviously, once someone can answer my question I will be more than happy to believe and follow in the 'inspired, infallible and inerrant word of God' and follow, entirely, its 'authority' ... even if that means beating my children with an iron rod if they disobey, stoning my neighbours if they curse or blaspheme, or killing anyone who works on the Sabbath ... oh, and on that point, which day IS the Sabbath anyway, I am so confused about that small point alone!
Thanks.
D.
