This is super great! I have cooked the Gobi recipee and that came out very well...smells divine tastes great! Very quick and well explained! Not got a recipess for this that actually helped me acheive this!

I am in the process of getting together more Recipes...do post your own if you like, to share...these must be recipees that can be cooked quick but taste great...improvised from traditional recipees, using real raw ingredients as far as possible, rather than ready prepared ones (for eg: try not to use 'curry powder')
