Dougald Stewart, Glenorchy by Stan Stewart - written 07/06/2017 23:38:14

I am trying to tie down exactly where the Dougald (Dugal) Stewart my proven ancestor below came from in Scotland. The Jupiter's log says Glenurchy (i.e., Glenorchy) along with many from Apine (Appin), all of whcih is generally in the same area around Appin -- and I have some genetic hits with others from the area to boot. Please note this Dougald is NOT the Dugal born about the same time that was a ship's captain, visited Prince Edward Island and died in Jamacia in 1793.  Any help would be great!  We will be in central Scotland in July so I'd love to figure it out.  Stan Stewart, Los Gatos, California, sbstewart@earthlink.net
