Pull emails from your Mr Site email address to your Gmail account
Mr Site no longer supports auto forwarding of emails from your Takeaway
Website mail to another email address (e.g. yourname@googlemail.com).
However, by following the steps below you can set up
yourname@googlemail.com to download the emails automatically instead.
Log in to your Gmail account and click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the page. From the options at the top click on 'Accounts and Import'. You will now see more options - you are looking for 'Check mail using POP3:', then click the 'Add POP3 email account' button.
A new window will appear and you should enter your Takeaway Website email address (i.e. mail@yourdomain.com) and then click on 'Next'.
On the next page, fill out the details as below - changing all relevant details to match your account details:
Email address: mail@yourdomain.com
Username: mail@yourdomain.com
Password: Your Takeaway Website email password
POP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110
Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server: This can be checked or unchecked.
Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail: This MUST be disabled.
The rest of the options can remain as they are.
Click on the 'Add Account' button.
You can now click on the link 'Check mail now' to force Google to check your Takeaway Website email address and download any messages into this inbox.
