It sounds like your firewall software is blocking you!

If you are running Norton Internet Security, please select 'Internet security', double click 'Ad blocking' and turn off 'Pop-up window blocking'.

Also check for any other settings that need to allow mrsite.co.uk through - the same applies if you have Mcafee, Tesco Security or Zonealarm software on your PC.

You can also try the following:

  1.   Make sure you have cookies enabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, log out of Takeaway Website and click 'Tools' on your browser, followed by 'Internet Options', then press the 'Delete cookies' button. If you are using Firefox, go to 'Tools', then 'Delete Private Data'. Restart your browser and try again.

  2. Try adjusting your firewall settings as they may be very high. If you are using Internet Explorer, click 'Tools', then 'Internet options', followed by 'Security'. Press the 'Default level' button and select medium or low, then click 'OK'. Restart your browser and try again.

  3. Disable any popup blockers - you should be able to specify that the popup blocker allows popups from www.mrsite.co.uk. The Google Toolbar is the most common popup blocker.
