Options
If you publish your website via the Main Options but can't see the changes on your live site - don't panic! All you need to do is refresh your web browser:
If you are a PC user, hold down the Ctrl+F5 buttons on your keyboard together. You may have to repeat this a couple of times before the changes take affect.
If you are a MAC user and using Firefox web brower, hold the Apple+Shift+R buttons down on your keyboard together. If you are using Safari web browser first hold down Apple Key+Option+E, then Apple Key+R. You may have to repeat this a couple of times before the changes take affect.
