A basic knowledge of the computer programme Microsoft Word will help and the Mr Site Customer Services is always on hand in case you ever get stuck. Beginners are able to start creating their website in 'Simple Mode' and as your confidence grows you can then move to the more advanced 'Creative Mode'.
